Hi, my name is John Agar. I am a full time Martial Arts Instructor based in the U.K. I am currently a 5th Degree Master level instructor with the A.M.A. here in England and I am also a member of the Wing Chun Athletic Association (Hong Kong). I have been training in martial arts for a period of over 35 years.
I would like to take this opportunity to let anyone who may be interested know that I have recently set up a new martial arts instructional video company and am currently working on a series of Wing Chun Kung Fu instructional video downloads, which will hopefully be available soon via my Internet shop. The first three videos will be aimed at the complete beginner and will be based on what I would teach people from day one. In other words I am hoping to recreate the feeling of the person watching the video actually feeling that he or she is taking part in one of my classes.
I will be giving a full explanation of everything which will be covered in each video and there will also be demonstrations of all the techniques by some of my senior students.
